Xerium Unveils Technology to Improve Paper Quality at Lower Cost

Xerium Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: XRM), a leading global manufacturer of industrial textiles and rolls used primarily in the paper production process, today unveiled Formexx, a unique forming fabric concept utilizing newly patented technology designed to improve sheet quality while lowering papermaking costs.

"We continue to support the advancement of paper production technology by offering solutions to enhance quality and capacity, with lower energy input, and maintenance costs," said Stephen R. Light, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. "We are committed to being an industry leader in developing and introducing high-value products that provide superior value through optimized production at a lower cost."
