ClientWhys(R) Launches CardFlex MasterCard(R) Debit Card for Tax Professionals and their clients.

ClientWhys has launched the CardFlex MasterCard Debit Card program that levels the playing field for independent tax accountants. Debit cards are already used by big brand names like H&R Block(R) and Jackson Hewitt(R). But up until now, independent professionals did not have an option to match these services. The ClientWhys program (http://www.clientwhys.com/debit-card) provides independent Tax Accountants with similar capabilities and more when serving their clients. This is a perfect vehicle for unbanked and underbanked clients to eliminate costly check cashing fees, international transfers and cash dependence.

ClientWhys will compensate the tax professional a marketing fee based on the net revenue produced by each card. The compensation will vary based on the volume of users. Upon approval of the tax practice, ClientWhys will ship a set of CardFlex debit cards (http://www.clientwhys.com/debit-card) to the tax professional's facility. A simple web portal allows them to activate the card while the client is in the office. This allows the tax professional to load their client's refund as a direct deposit on the card.

"We think this a great service for tax professionals and their clients," stated Lee Reams II, CEO of ClientWhys, Inc. "The tax professional is the most trusted advisor, and the CardFlex card helps protect consumers from excessive check cashing fees and parties that prey on the unbanked and underbanked market. They now can control an important cost area in their lives and use the cards for direct deposit for their payroll, international card-to-card transfers and online bill paying which had added hundreds of dollars to their budgets."
