Ufone expands Teradata Active Enterprise Data Warehouse implementation

Pakistan Telecom Mobile, or Ufone, has signed an agreement with US-based Teradata Corporation to expand its Teradata Active Enterprise Data Warehouse implementation, to improve customer service.

According to Teradata, since 2001, Ufone has been using its analytical solutions for storing information and analyzing those information reserves.

Abdul Aziz, CEO of Ufone, said: "Ufone is constantly striving to provide a very high quality of service and support to our customers across the country. We have invested in Teradata's technology to better understand our customers and gain insight into their needs to be able to respond with matching services and offerings at competitive prices."
