Perot Systems acquires BearingPoint Management Consulting

Following the approval from Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and the US Bankruptcy Court, Perot Systems Corporation has acquired BearingPoint Management Consulting (Shanghai), Ltd. (BPMS), a China-based management and technology consulting company.

Perot Systems is a US-based provider of information technology (IT) services and business solutions.

Announcement (October 11, 2009):

Perot Systems is planning to acquire BPMS.

Following the acquisition, BPMS will become part of the Perot Systems Commercial Solutions business unit.
