Airgas Declares Regular Dividend for Third Quarter FY2010

Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share, payable on December 31, 2009 to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2009.
