AerCap Holdings enters agreements for a total of USD358m in funding for new aircraft

AerCap Holdings NV (NYSE:AER), an aviation company focused on aircraft and engine leasing, trading and parts sales, announced on Friday that it has entered a series of agreements for funding with China Development Bank.
The agreements will provide AerCap with funding for USD86m of pre-delivery payments and a USD272m long-term funding facility that covers four new Airbus A330 aircraft, with deliveries scheduled in 2010 and 2011.
The four aircraft are part of the order for 30 A330 aircraft placed by Aercap in 2006 and 2007, with deliveries scheduled until 2012.
