Intergraph Corporation has acquired the SIGRAPH(R) business unit from Technische Computer Systeme Sussen GmbH (TCS), a computer-aided engineering and document management system (CAE/DMS) vendor.
Intergraph is a provider of spatial information management (SIM) software. Both SIGRAPH and TCS are based in Germany, while Intergraph is based in the US.
The acquisition includes SIGRAPH.CAE, a software application for electrical and process control engineering with a market presence in the global oil and gas, metals and power industries.
