Glu Launches World Series of Poker Hold'em Application on the App Store

Glu Mobile Inc., a publisher of mobile games, announced the availability of its World Series of Poker Hold'em Legend app on the App Store.
The World Series of Poker Hold'em Legend app is an authentic, high stakes poker game for iPhone and iPod touch. The development of the app is based on a multi-year partnership between Glu and Harrah's Interactive Entertainment, a subsidiary of Harrah's Entertainment.

"By creating a fast-paced World Series of Poker gaming experience and adding new functionality with peer-to-peer multiplayer capability, the World Series of Poker Hold'em Legend app will keep players entertained for hours."
According to Glu, the World Series of Poker Hold'em Legend app lets fans play through over 25 events across seven casino venues; five of these venues being actual Harrah's properties that include introduction videos for each location.
Additional features include:
- Peer-to-Peer Multiplayer - play heads-up poker against a friend via Bluetooth.
- Hand Replays - players can save their favorite hands so that they can relive monster hands and suck-outs.
- Multiplayer - play in up to nine player games against players from around the world.
- Listen to your iPod music - access music from an iTunes library while playing.
World Series of Poker Hold'em Legend is available at the App Store on iPhone and iPod touch or at itunes.com/appstore.
