Dolan Media Bought 85% Stake In DiscoverReady (DM)

11/7/2009 - Dolan Media (NYSE:DM) said it bought an 85% stake in DiscoverReady LLC. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. DiscoverReady co-founders James K. Wagner Jr., current CEO, and Steven R. Harber, current president, will maintain their positions. Wagner, Harber, and the other employee's control a 15% stake in the company.
