11/7/2009 - Live Nation Inc. (NYSE:LYV) and Ticketmaster Entertainment Inc. (NASDAQ:TKTM) said in filings that a shareholders meeting to approve the deal has been set for January 8. The companies had previously announced that they expected the deal to be completed by the end of the year.
