Northrop Grumman Spins of TASC unit to General Atlantic and KKR for $1.65 billion (NOC,KKR)

11/8/2009-Northrop Grumman (NYSE:NOC) has reportedly agreed to sell its TASC consulting business to two companies, General Atlantic and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (NYSE:KKR), in a deal worth $1.65 billion. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
