Emrise Corporation Schedules Release 2009 Third Quarter and Nine Months Results and Hold Conference Call

Emrise Corporation, a multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic devices and communications equipment, announced that it plans to release its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, on Wednesday, November 11, and plans to host a conference call at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time that same day.

Chairman and CEO Carmine T. Oliva; Graham Jefferies, President; and John Donovan, Chief Financial Officer, will host the call. Jefferies will give an overview of the results for this year's third quarter and comment on the outlook for the 2009 fourth quarter; Donovan will provide details and additional commentary about the financial results for the third quarter and first nine months; and Oliva will comment on progress being made on key strategic initiatives. Following management's opening remarks there will be a question and answer session.
