(Headquarters: Osaka, Japan; President and COO: Haruhiro Tsujimoto; hereinafter "Capcom") for their video game "Resident Evil 4: Zeebo edition" developedfor a 3G Wireless entertainment system "Zeebo", targeting consumers in BRIC countries. The Zeebo ismanufactured byZeebo, Inc.
