Verizon Wireless Expands 3G Wireless Network Coverage to New Haven, Connecticut

Verizon Wireless announced it is investing in New Haven County, Connecticut and will provide 3G multimedia and Internet access to the region.
According to Verizon, the company has invested more than $2.5 billion into its New England network over the past nine years, including more than $105 million during the first six months of 2009.
Cell site provides increased wireless voice and 3G data coverage along I-91 and Route 22 in New Haven, as well as the surrounding areas.
Verizon Wireless operates a wireless voice and data network, serving 89 million customers in the United States alone.
