Open EC Technologies, Inc. Signs Teaming Agreement With WOW Global

Open EC Technologies, Inc. ("Open EC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:OCE) is pleased to report the signing of a Teaming Agreement with WOW GLOBAL, LLC ("WOW") for its subsidiary, SoftCare EC Solution Inc.("SoftCare") www.softcare.com

The Teaming Agreement provides SoftCare access to WOW's Healthcare IT Consulting services and Business Process Outsourcing solutions for SoftCare's specific business development opportunities underway in the US Healthcare market. The agreement provides for SoftCare as prime contractor to sub-contract Healthcare IT Consulting and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) from WOW for the SoftCare development, implementation and operations of its Healthcare Provider Portals, Electronic Health Records (EHR) Interoperability and Healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions.

Going forward WOW will continue to develop a Healthcare IT services practice around SoftCare's TradeLink e-Business Gateway Software Solutions to help their customers comply with the mandated interoperability requirements from the US Federal Government's Healthcare IT Reforms for EHR, Eligibility, Claims and Payments.
