'DoCoMo secures 72% shares from Net Mobile'

DoCoMo Deutschland has announced that upon expiration of the acceptance period of the public tender offer for German mobile content distributor Net Mobile on 9 November, it has secured 5.53 million shares, which corresponds to approximately 72 percent of the share capital and the voting rights of Net Mobile. DoCoMo has also announced that all conditions of the offer document have been satisfied. In accordance with the offer document, an additional two-week acceptance period will follow from 13 November to 27 November. This will be the last opportunity for Net Mobile shareholders who have not yet tendered their shares to secure the offer consideration of EUR 6.35 per share in cash. Shareholders who have validly tendered their shares will promptly receive the tender offer price.
