Flight Centre sues over net tool

Australian travel agency chain, Flight Centre, has taken legal action against a software company for breach of contract. It contracted Irish software developer, Datalex, to provide an internet fare database, booking engine and travel agent sales tool. It is suing Datalex for almost $A15 million for misleading or deceptive conduct causing loss and damage.
