A Turkish coast guard boat collided with a cargo ship in the Aegean Sea on Friday, maritime officials said.
The coast guard boat collided with the Comoros-flagged cargo ship off-coast of Bozcada Island at the Aegean exit of the Canakkale Strait.
Officials said the coast guard boat sustained heavy damage to the bow.
No injuries were reported. Both vessels docked at nearby ports.
