Barclays Capital forms joint venture with Goff Capital

Barclays Capital, Inc., an investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC, has formed a joint venture with Goff Capital, Inc., a provider of financial consulting services.
The joint venture is called Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC formed to acquire Crescent Real Estate Equities Limited Partnership, a real estate investment company, from Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funding II, a real estate investment company. All the parties involved in the transaction are based in the US.
Jones Day served as legal advisor to Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funding.
