Ceridian Secures Military OneSource Services Deal

Ceridian has been awarded the contract to provide Military OneSource services to six million active duty, Guard and Reserve service members and their families.

The contract was awarded by the Acquisition Services Directorate, National Business Center, in partnership with DoD's Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Military Community and Family Policy (MC & FP). The contract is valued at $477 million with a combined transition and base period totaling eight months and five option periods covering a total of five years of performance.

Ceridian has provided Military OneSource services since 2003. Under the new contract, Ceridian will continue to provide confidential 24/7 information and referral services via toll-free telephone and online.

The Military OneSource program offers confidential resources and support for service members and their families on a wide range of topics including deployment, relocation, spouse employment and education assistance, parenting and child care, education, finances, health and wellness and everyday issues. The program also offers free counseling services face-to-face in the local community, by telephone and online through secure chat, as well as online and telephonic health coaching, telephone and in-person financial counseling, and Spouse Career Advancement Accounts (MyCAA).
