Dialog Semiconductor Earns 3 Awards

Dialog Semiconductor, a provider of highly integrated power management semiconductor solutions, reported that it completed a hat-trick of major European awards by winning the GSA's EMEA Leadership Council Award.

Dialog said this adds to the two Elektra European Electronics Industry Awards won earlier this month - Company of the Year and Fabless Semiconductor Supplier of the Year.

The GSA's President, Jodi Shelton, said, "The GSA EMEA Leadership Council Award recognises semiconductor companies headquartered in the EMEA region that demonstrate strength in market leadership/competition; product lines; innovation; corporate management and overall likelihood of long-term success. The GSA is excited to be honouring a company of Dialog's calibre with the inaugural award for their successes of 2009"

The Elektra Award's Fabless Semiconductor Supplier of the Year Award is bestowed to a company that has demonstrated great commercial success for new product introductions and specific product intellectual property (IP) developments during 2009. Company of the Year is independently chosen from the winners of each of the individual categories by the Elektra Awards judging panel. Technology advancement and business success were taken into account to highlight the company that has delivered achievements in 2009. Dialog is the only company to have won multiple awards at this year's event.
