Theragenics signs supply and reseller agreement with Core Oncology

Theragenics, a medical device company, has signed an agreement with Core Oncology, for the distribution of TheraSeed palladium-103 brachytherapy seeds.

Under the terms of the agreement, Theragenics will be the exclusive palladium-103 seed supplier to Core for the treatment of prostate cancer in the US and Canada.

The term of the agreement is through November 30, 2011, and is automatically extended for additional one-year terms unless terminated by either party upon prior written notice.
