AAR to provide heavy maintenance for Hawaiian Airlines' Boeing 717s

AAR (NYSE:AIR), a provider of products and value-added services to the worldwide aviation/aerospace industry, reported today that it has entered a two-year agreement with Hawaiian Airlines.
Under the agreement, AAR will provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Hawaiian Airlines' Boeing 717 aircraft.
Ten-year checks will be performed by AAR on 12 of Hawaiian's Boeing 717, with certain aircraft also being painted prior to being returned to service. The aircraft will be flown from Hawaiian's base in Honolulu to AAR Aircraft Services - Miami, AAR's full-service maintenance and modification facility in Miami International Airport.
Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
