EasyLink to Provide Gemalto with Secure Encrypted EDI Connectivity

EasyLink Services International, a provider of messaging services and e-commerce solutions, announced that Gemalto, a developer of digital security solutions, has signed a two year contract to utilize EasyLink's EDI Value Added Network (VAN).

Gemalto said it will use the EasyLink VAN to connect to the company's wireless voice and data network. As the number of people interacting in the digital and wireless world continues to proliferate, digital data security is more critical than ever before. EasyLink's VAN, together with Gemalto's digital security technologies, ensures data protection for this expanding digital universe.
