Rainmaker Launches Integrated VoIP and Lead Management Solution

Rainmaker Systems, a provider of sales and marketing solutions offering SaaS application software and execution services, announced the release of Rainmaker Connect, its integratedVoIP telephony, chat and e-mail solution.

According to Rainmaker, the company said the offering strengthens the group's SaaS solution and complements its lead generation and BPO services by leveraging Rainmaker's revenue generation best practices and extending its VoIP infrastructure to any agent, anywhere.

In addition, integration with Rainmaker LeadWorks Lead Management platform offers customers a complete SaaS solution for multichannel lead life cycle management, leveraging every touch point with the customers' clients. This integration of telephony services with multi-channel data and lead data improves sales conversion rates by insuring timely and pin pointed responses to every interaction.
