Hawaiian Holdings reports fourth quarter income of USD35.0m

Hawaiian Holdings (NASDAQ:HA), the parent company of Hawaiian Airlines, reported on Thursday a net income of USD35.0m, or USD0.66 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter 2009.
This is compared to a net loss of USD11.9m, or USD0.23 per diluted share, for the same period of the prior year.
Net income for the full year 2009 was USD116.7m, or USD2.22 per diluted share, compared to USD28.6m, or USD0.57 per diluted share, for the prior year.
Revenues totalled USD297.0m for the fourth quarter 2009 and USD1,183.3m for the full year 2009, compared to USD300.5m for the fourth quarter 2008 and USD1,210.9m for 2008.
