Ikon Bolsters Managed Document Services

Ikon Office Solutions, a Ricoh company, and a provider of managed and professional services in both the office and production environments, announced the expansion of its managed document services offering.

Ikon also announced the appointment of Terrie Campbell as Vice President, Managed Document Services to lead Ikon's managed document services strategy. In this role, Campbell will support strategic development, technology investments and operational excellence for Ikon Managed Document Services. Campbell has more than 15 years experience in Ikon's managed services programs, most recently serving as Ikon's Vice President of Managed Services Operations.

Ikon Managed Document Services brings together Ikon's full suite of services and experienced resources to offer customers fleet management, consulting and business process support services across a broad continuum of customer needs and environments, the Company noted.
