Questions about 413 motor

I have purchased a 413 motor out of a motorhome. The front pad is stamped 413 ht. Does anyone know what the ht stands for. The motor is from a 73-74 vehicle. Any info. on horsepower or compression or general info. about these type motor. All input appreciated.

I can't believe that a government advisor is putting forward plans to increase car tax based on emissions alone, with penalties of up to £1500 more for the most polluting vehicles. Whether the government goes for it or not, who knows?

Not to be outdone by American lobby groups the UK powers that be are trying to stem the tide of fantastic hybrid car sales. Toyota was recently ordered to pull a commercial that stated their cars produce up to one ton less CO2 a year compared to similar non hybrid cars.
