ACORN: Texas ACORN Issues Report on Impacts of deregulation on Low-Income Electric Customers
The report shows the results of 646 surveyed electric customers who were interviewed last summer and fall at the Affordable Utility Centers in Dallas and Houston. The centers were operated by ACORN in both cities as a concerted project to assist customers who had difficulty paying their light bills.
