You might check the U.S. trademark web site (www.uspto.gov) and find out how complicated the process is and whether you need the assistance of an attorney. I registered my trademark with my state and all it took was filling out a form and submitting a copy of the logo to be trademarked.

I agree with the previous poster. I would stay away from Intelligence Agency and it might be difficult to trademark that term.
