I am trying to start my own cleaning business. I would like to clean the new construction homes, you know go in after the crew is done and clean up the houses. My question is how much should you charge for this type service. Do you charge so much per square foot.

Okay so I did the math for my product and this is how it turns out. Keep in mind that I do not have tax where I live so I do not need to include it. APROX 15 treats is 1/2lb 3.16 45 treats is 1 lb 6.76 63 treats is 1 1/2lb 8.92 97 treats is 2lbs 13.00 Should I round them to 3.25 6.75 9.00 13.

I agree with Michael. There are some businesses in my community that offer pre-paid pricing to repeat customers. Lawn care businesses are one, as are errand services. However, they do not gouge one-time customers.

I have run a small business for 22 years, and we have a lot of high end contract clients, we give them priority service and a bit better pricing, but we treat everyone with respect and we don't RAISE the price to our walk-ins or 1-time clients.
