Should Microsoft be held culpable for the construction and support of an environment that enables and encourages the creation and propagation of destructive computer viruses? My family, for whatever reason, seems to be a magnet for viruses.
Cool Text Editor with massive capabilities
I tend to write in multiple environments, and I didn't want separate apps for each. I looked for something I could use that would provide me more flexibility than Notepad, but didn't have a huge footprint on my system resources.
