Today I listened in on a webinar presented by Autodesk on the subject of BIM in Facilities Management. Although I am a construction lawyer, not an architect or a facilities manager, I could readily see the value of BIM to facilities managers.

I have been witness to the catfight between the open and closed cell spray foam industries for a while and, like many other things in life, there doesn’t seem to be a perfect or clear answer. I like foam insulation, and I prefer open cell.
