I am curious how other Universities structure their design studio assesments? I am curious how you are marked. Here at UTS, in Sydney, they have just changed the marking structure. The new structure sucks.

BS8110 allows you to design a two-way slab using class 1, 2 or 3. The maximum allowable stress for class 3 (cracked section) is 0.25*fcu, where fcu is the 28 day cube strength. Tension stresses for SLS may not exceed this value.
