MinutemanUPS.com :: View topic - Server 2K3 HID not detected

Hello, I have a brand new EnSpire600, and I have loaded the Sentry application. When I plug in the USB / RJ-45 connector the system does not find the USB HID Driver. Any pointers?

MinutemanUPS.com :: View topic - Fan Noise

I have a new pair of ED2000RM2U that have just been installed and powered up with no load. The fan noise is significant (unacceptably loud)at 40 feet in a different room and with a wall in between. Worse, I normally work within 3 feet of these units.

MinutemanUPS.com :: View topic - risks?

Has there ever been a record of an explosion or fire caused by any minuteman UPS? Others in my building are questioning the installation of a UPS for our server because our building doesn't have a sprinkler system.

MinutemanUPS.com :: View topic - How to determine back up time?

Hi guys/ladies, I'm new to this site and use it often for puchasing Minuteman UPS's. I am in the phone industry and often try to figure out what UPS to purchase to provide a certain amount of back up time based on the information that I get from the manufacturer.

MinutemanUPS.com :: View topic - How to monitor an MBK-520 from Linux

I literally found a second-hand MBK-520. Battery was dead so I replaced the battery with a locally bought 12V 7.0 Amp/h and it has been working fine for over a month now, giving about 8 minutes of battery time to a server, and AP and ADSL router.

MinutemanUPS.com :: View topic - Series Divisions Prevent Me From Posting

All over your support site you say that your primary means of providing support is via these message boards. But as soon as one enters the message board area, one has to choose which Series of UPS they have before they post.

MinutemanUPS.com :: View topic - E750 and External Batteries

You need to load Sentry Plus software that came on disk with UPS. If you can not find it then go to www.minutemanups.com. You have to use serial cable RS232 DB9 . USB cable will not work. On main screen of menu go to configure. Go to ups. Go to external battery pack. Enter number of battery packs.

MinutemanUPS.com :: View topic - battery voltage

Hi, We use an e1100 in an equipment rack (data switches and voip switch/trunk). What should the battery voltage be when running at 100% charge. The sentry monitor shows it is at ~26-28 volts. The UPS does not indicate the battery needs replaced.

MinutemanUPS.com :: View topic - MN 525 and linux

Recently I switched to Gentoo linux and have no intention of going back to windows. Is there anyway I can get the MN 525 UPS supported under Gentoo linux? I read what you stated on software download page; but there's always a way to get something to work.
