ebuild: Loft building regs requirements?

Our roof trusses go on next week, we've specified 35 degree pitch and loft trusses. The architect also put us a warm roof in and we've got 22mm flooring going in as part of the truss fix.

We're finishing our basement in a quasi-industrial loft look. A mix of our homes simple 70 year old architecture along with the exposed rafters and steel beams. We went for a stained concrete floor that...well...didn't turn out quite as planned.
