ebuild: Asbestos water tank removal

Hi in fact this has already been done by my father in law whilst we were on holiday. The concern I have is that he has clobbered it to bits in situ to get it out of the loft. He seems to think the health risk is minimal with the water tank being of fairly thick fibrous texture.
