Repairs underway at Dutch Fork Lake
In 2004 the once-popular 91-acre Dutch Fork impoundment in Donegal Township, Washington County, was drained after inland remnants of a hurricane washed out the spillway and created safety problems so serious the state Department of Environmental Protection designated it a " high hazard lake. "
