Conformal coating over No-clean

We are in the process of validating Silicon 1C55 (thermal cure) conformal coating over Alpha LR725 solder paste. I am looking for anyone who may be using this process, or has been exposed to someone who is doing this process.

ESD Control Program

We are electronics contract manufacturers and have facility for assembly of electronic cards and equipments. I am assigned responsibility as ESD Co-ordinator and I have created control program based on EIA-625 I was referenced ESD/ANSI S20.20 standard where at section 6.

Obtaining EPA Certification

There are two major programs provided by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Certification and Verification. Basically, the California EPA Certified the Smart Sonic Stencil Cleaning Process and the U.S. EPA Verified the California Certification.
