Universal 4796HSP machine password.
The supervisor password is set and the current password is not known. I need to reset this. Is there a top level password above the supervisor level that can be input to enable me to access the machine data without clearing all the machine data out?

It's OK to have a thin film or haze of paste left on the stencil. Printing nice bricks of paste is the important thing. Assuming you know these things, so tell us more about your situation. PRINT QUALITY: What do your paste deposits look like? SQUEEGEE: What type, angle, age, condition, etc.

When dispensing paste would you reccomend dispensing the paste first then inserting the component or inserting the component, clinching the leads and then dispensing the paste. I have heard that the latter may cause dry joints.

Can anyone give me the specs on SMA dispensing for 0402 components and up. Is there such a spec or is it based on each individuals needs? DO most people use volumetric measures or dot diameter to determine correct amount of SMA? if diameter what size? if Volume what amount? Thank for your help

I am having problems soldering a Rohs compliant BGA ATMEL AT91RM9200(rohs compliant board) This device recommends a soldering profile from J-STD-20 and a minimum peak package temperature of 250 centigrade,peak 260.

QFN void issue
Hi all, any good recommendation for PbF paste application to reduce voids underneath the QFN thermal pad (stencil thickenss? opening? via hole? reflow profile etc)? We have tried few stencil opening design but no significant improvement as seen.
