I Just thought I would provide a closing status update for this item in the forum. Over the past couple weeks I have been in e-mail communication with the folks in Xantrex' customer service group and we have gotten everything all sorted out to my satisfaction.

[TW] Constantly disconnect RCA DCM425 modem with Belkin router I have a problem of disconnection. I'm using RCA DCM425 modem and Belkin G Plus MIMO router. I changed modem and router two times, but they're still disconnecting. This is my signal information. Forward Path Signal Acquired at 687.

SMT diode
We have been experiencing a reflow issue with a SMT diode 4007. This is a SMA or DO 214-A package. It is a lead free part used with 63/37 paste no clean flux. The problem is it is not consistant.

Xantrex Forums: XW charge controller installation
The charge controller arrived in a very stoutly built shipping box without the use of Styrofoam. (NICE) The instruction manual is well written and the battery temp sensor can be installed on the negative battery terminal where it belongs or on the case.

Xantrex Forums: Low "Max" Charge Currents
Recently installed a considerably larger generator, but still have less than max charge currents from stacked 5548 SW+'s, in off=grid system. The generator is a very capable 25 KVA/20 KW low speed Kubota diesel. Set menu item 12E to 45 Amps (the max) AC on each of the stacked inverters.

My access stopped on Dec 2 after @home went down. After a month of unsuccessful tech. support online chats I finally managed to get someone to come and replace the modem. He said that none of the RCA dcm205 modems are working on the new network.
