My research interests encompass all areas of RFIC design including low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), mixers and oscillator topologies. Previous circuit designs taped-out were fabricated using CMOS technologies (0.13um, 0.18um, 1.5um) - I also have experience using 0.25um and 0.35um CMOS design kits.
