Kimberly-Clark sells $500 mln, 10-year notes - Zibb.com
NEW YORK, Oct 31, 2008 (Reuters via COMTEX) --
Kimberly-Clark Corp on Thursday sold $500 million in 10-year notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.
The 7.50 percent notes were priced at 99.634 to yield 7.553 percent or 362.5 basis points over U.S. Treasuries.
The joint lead managers on the sale were Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.

ProLogis Leases 750,500 Square Feet to Kimberly-Clark Corporation Near Chicago - Zibb.com
CHICAGO, Nov 11, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --
ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), the world's largest owner, manager and developer of distribution facilities, announced today it has leased approximately 750,500 square feet near Chicago to Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a leading global, health and hygiene company.
Kimberly-Clark will occupy the space at ProLogis Park 55, a distribution park located southwest of Chicago in Romeoville, Illinois, off Interstate 55. This transaction marks the third lease agreement between the two companies; Kimberly-Clark now occupies approximately 1.6 million square feet with ProLogis in various locations across North America.
"This is one of the largest lease agreements for ProLogis in the United States this year in previously unleased space," said Doug Kiersey, senior vice president and Midwest regional director for ProLogis. "We are pleased to extend our business relationship with Kimberly-Clark and improve our overall leased percentage in the greater Chicago market to 92 percent."
ProLogis Park 55 is a master-planned industrial park located along Interstate 55 between Weber Road and Route 53 in Romeoville. ProLogis owns and operates six buildings in the industrial park, comprising more than 3.1 million square feet of class A distribution space. Sustainable features at ProLogis Park 55 include an energy efficient lighting system with motion sensors, T5 lights and clerestory lighting.
