Flextronics to move contract operation from Limerick to Cork

The remaining 150 staff at Limerick will continue their service centre role. In March the firm cut 300 jobs from its Tullamore plant, which makes computer casings. Flextronics gained the Limerick site through an outsourcing deal with Cabletron two years ago.
