Intersil has introduced 200-MHz single-supply video drivers—the ISL59833 and ISL59837—equipped with charge pumps that create a negative voltage of -1.6V and remove the need for external negative rails. They offer true-single-supply operation of video amplifiers using a single +3.3V power supply.
