Does penny backing really lower your credit score? - ChexSystems & Bad Credit Forum

I read this awesome book a while ago that helped me raise my score almost 80 points since the end of June. Though the information was definitely helpful...there was a suggestion the book made that i think may lower my score.

foreclosure or Bankruptcy

I own 15 houses in the Florida area and 5 of my properties are currently in pre foreclosure.Is it better to file bankruptcy or try to short sale and if they dont sell do a DIL?
