I've spent brainstorming sessions run by divisions thinking about the future of general practice, but suddenly it becomes clear where we are all heading. If a pathology company so much as gives me a coffee cup they have to justify it, and woe betide any company that gave me a computer.
CCHIT and PMR - Amazing Charts User Board

As a graduate of Newcastle Uni, Australia's "leader" in PBL, I can only be thankful that finally some courage in being shown and this failure to educate a generation of medical students in basic sciences, is finally being shown to be the "crazy idea" and haphazard mess that it is.
AC vs e-mds or ecw - Amazing Charts User Board
Ok everybody. I NEED your help. I have had AC on my computer for over a year. I still have paper charts and have not started using any EMR. I can't seem to take the plunge. I am a solo FP with one receptionist and one MA. I have a billing person that comes in 1 day a week for 6% of collections.
