POM Wonderful recipe review
Quite a hit!, June 20, 2006 Reviewer: mc I made this recipe for an open house for my husband's birthday. Everyone loved this! It was delicious. If only the cheesecake didn't crack in the middle while baking. I wish I could have gotten it to look as good as it tasted.

Restaurants: Los Gatos and Saratoga
La Fondue in downtown Saratoga. Serves cheese and chocolate fondue, which is nice. You get to grill your own meats at the table too - very nice. Has the most undeservedly snooty service I've had. Don't go unless you have to. Try the Wine Cellar instead for fondue.

The Celtic countries offers some of the best quality ingredients, be it from the sea, river, farms, or the wild. The unspoilt nature of the land and sea, and a strong tradition of cookery has allowed the Celts to use the finest ingredients to prepare dishes with great pride.
