Absolutely, I think that will be the only thing that really tells us what it's going to look like and whether or not, say, not having regular refresher driver training, puts your organisation in default...

This Order brings into force on 15th February 2010 section 10 of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 (c. 19) (power to order conviction etc to be publicised). It also provides that section 10 has no effect in relation to an offence under that Act committed before that date,
