Longmore-Grund has an extensive background in a variety of finance roles. Most recently, she was the vice president of global information systems finance and support services at Ingram Micro. During her six years at Ingram Micro Longmore-Grund was responsible for global IT finance, IT project management and global IT vendor management. She also held the role of director and regional controller within Ingram Micro's $1 billion Latin American division. Before joining Ingram Micro, she held various executive level financial roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, Exult Inc., PrintNation Inc. and Velocium, an operating company of the former TRW Inc.

Longmore-Grund holds a bachelor of arts in economics and political science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She also holds a master of arts in law and diplomacy in international business relations, international business and economic law and international conflict resolution from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.

In addition, Longmore-Grund is a trustee for the Financial Executives Research Foundation (FERF), a member of the Financial Executive International (FEI) Committee for Finance and Technology and served previously as the area director at large for the Western area of FEI and president of the Orange County, Calif. chapter of FEI.
